Nestlé USA Private Fleet Pay and Miles

• Average annual salary - $40,000 to $60,000
• Paid loaded and empty
• Regional drivers average 2400 to 2800 miles- local drivers 40 to 50 hours
• Tractor / trailer - van / reefer
• 3 + year old tractors; trailers- new to 5 years old; new equipment on an annual basis
• Direct deposit
• Home time: regional drivers weekends- local drivers daily
• Regional drivers can unload - $2 / 1000 lbs.

Nestlé USA Private Fleet Bonuses

• $1,000 Referral bonus- 2nd half after 4 months
• Safety bonus- with no preventable accidents or personal injuries

Nestlé USA Private Fleet Additional Pay

• Layover pay- have to meet criteria - if so, $75 for each occurrence
• Stop pay- $15 for each additional stop per load- other than the first and last on a mileage run
• Drop pay- $15 for each additional drop per load - other than the first and last
• Pickup pay- $15 for each additional pickup per load- other than the first and last
• Load pay
• Unload pay, on a mileage run, $2 / 1000 lbs.
• Paid lumpers- with original receipt
• Scales paid- with original receipt
• Necessary tolls paid

Nestlé USA Private Fleet Driver Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• No more than 3 accidents and/or moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI or DWI violations in the past 5 years
• Must have clean criminal background history
• Drivers with felonies will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• Must pass drug and alcohol test
